INDONESIAN PARTICIPATION AT ART OF LIVING 2025

Indonesian Embassy in Beirut is participating in the interior design and home solutions exhibition “Art of Living 2025” at Forum de Beyrouth on 28 May - 1 June 2025. In the exhibition, the Embassy promotes Indonesian products from wood, bamboo and rattan offered by CV Fortune Enterprise and CV Berkat Bintang Sejati, as well as Lebanese company, Carpet & Carpets that imports its products from Indonesia.

The Art of Living 2025 exhibition was officially inaugurated on 28 May 2025 by the Lebanese Minister of Economy and Trade, Dr. Amer Bisat, through a symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony. The opening was also attended by the Chargé d’Affaires of the Indonesian Embassy in Beirut, Achmad Ramadhan, along with several representatives from the diplomatic corps in Lebanon. In his speech, Minister Bisat expressed his sincere appreciation for the participation of foreign country representatives showcasing their finest products—including Indonesia, which is renowned for its high-quality goods and competitive pricing.

Total of Indonesian export to Lebanon in 2024 reached USD 108.4 miliion with the total export amounting merely USD 88,494 for furniture and home decoration products from total Indonesian export to Lebanon. In this relation, Indonesian Embassy in Beirut will continue to promote the export of Indonesian furniture and home decoration products taking advantage of the reconstruction market in Lebanon, and to compete with similar products from China, Italia and Turkey that currently dominates the Lebanese market.

Indonesian Embassy also use the good opportunity to promote Indonesian tourism potentials, in cooperation with Lebanese travel agent, Tala Tour, that offers packages to Bali, Lombok, Kepulauan Seribu and others. Indonesian tourism promotion at the exhibition is supported with a visa corner that provides information regarding the ease of obtaining visa for visiting Indonesia. Aside from that, Indonesian Embassy also promotes investment potentials in Indonesia and its rich art and culture through digital media.
